Our company was founded in central Finland, Jyväskylä in 1990, right at the threshold of the deep depression of the 90’s. Thus we have seen the ups and downs of the Finnish employment market – and now the numerous good opportunities arising in Finnish working life. During these 30 years we have come to realize how important it is to keep moving although the prospects may be blurry from time to time. There is a constant need for skilled and innovative people in the employment market and at the same time our working life is changing rapidly. It is wise to invest in your future and do lifelong career planning to develop your skills.

We collaborate closely with public organisations as public employment and business services (Employment Offices and ELY Centres) and Kela (Kela Vocational rehabilitation) nationwide. We also provide services for insurance companies, employers etc.
We are an AAA-rated company (Bisnode Credit Rating). Only 2,6 % of all the Finnish companies achieve the highest excellent score.

Today, we employ around one hundred training and teaching experts. We operate nationwide with six areal offices in Helsinki, Turku, Tampere, Lahti, Jyväskylä and Oulu.
