Boost your job hunt and join our free job search group in Oulu.

In our training you will gain

Up-to-date insights into the Finnish labour market and proven strategies for successful job search

Support and inspiration for identifying your strengths and expressing your skills with confidence

Practical tips for writing effective CVs and cover letters — including how to make the most of AI tools

Personalised coaching from an experienced career professional, plus valuable peer support from fellow participants

Hands-on guidance for navigating job search communication — including the chance to attend a job interview

If needed, we can provide you with a computer and internet access for the duration of the training.

You’ll also get access to our user-friendly online learning platform, Redi, which offers a wide range of self-study materials for every stage of the job search — available to you for three months.

When and where

We’ll meet online on weekdays from 9.11. to 20.11., for a total of 10 training days. In addition, make sure you have time after training days to work on tasks that support your job search.

You’re welcome to join the group if you’re registered as a jobseeker in the Oulu region employment area (including Hailuoto, Ii, Kempele, Liminka, Lumijoki, Muhos, Oulu, Pudasjärvi, Tyrnävä, Utajärvi, and Vaala).

N.B. The training is conducted in English.
